Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to anywhere in the world.

 
How long does delivery take?

Delivery to both Spain and Portugal usually takes 1 working day. However, in some cases, it may take up to 2 working days.

International shipments depend on the shipping method selected. The "express" method usually takes 1-2 business days while the "standard" method can take 2-4 business days.

These times are estimates and it is possible that in some cases delivery may take longer than expected. At checkout you will receive a tracking number where you can get more details about your shipment.

 
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for both Spain and Portugal for orders over 200€. For purchases less than this amount, shipping has a fixed cost of 9€ + VAT.

The cost of international shipping is calculated based on the weight of the items in the basket, the destination address and the shipping method selected.

Can I return an item?
