Shopping Conditions

Purchases

  • All our sales are made quickly and securely through the Internet.
  • You must add or remove the desired products from the Shopping Cart, where you will always be able to see the details with unit prices, transport costs and the total amount of your purchase.
  • In all the products with exhausted stock or that are supplied under order, an indicative delivery time is indicated, nevertheless once you have placed your order you will receive in the following 24/48h an e-mail indicating you with greater exactitude the foreseen time of delivery.
  • Once your order has been confirmed, paid or shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it, however you can always choose to return it under the terms indicated in the section Returns. Please note that any exchange will incur costs.



Billing

  • We will invoice to the data indicated by the customer, including in the invoice all the expenses, the corresponding VAT and the equivalence surcharge if it is subject to it.
  • If the customer is a foreigner and has an intra-community VAT number, he/she should contact us to request the refund of taxes, once verified, a new invoice will be generated.In order to place orders without tax, visitors could register as customer on the website by including their registered VAT information.The customer should let Pickaudio know when this process it's done as this validation needs to be done through an agent.
  • Shipments to non-EU countries will be invoiced without VAT, the management costs of the Single Administrative Document (SAD) will be charged and you will pay the import costs plus taxes in your country. (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra are considered as non-EU countries).
  • Shipments to EU countries will only be invoiced without VAT when the customer has a verified intra-community VAT number, otherwise they will always be invoiced with VAT.

Shipments to a foreign customer to a national address (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) will always be invoiced with VAT.



Payments

  • All payments are made through secure gateways, PayPal, Credit/Debit cards or Bank Transfer.
  • Deferred payment: PickAudio does not contemplate this possibility, but if you pay by credit card you can negotiate with your bank a form of deferment convenient for you.



Returns

  • Returns will always require our prior consent, must be in the original packaging, and shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
  • Returns will not be accepted 15 days after delivery or for items that were specially ordered for you. Returns will also not be accepted for products that have been used, have damaged packaging, or whose original conditions have been altered.
  • Returns will not be accepted for products whose factory seal has been broken or tampered with.
  • For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following products cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects:
    • Vocal microphones, including models from Countryman, Heil Sound, Sanken COS-11, Deity, Tentacle, among others. (Shotgun microphones are excluded from this restriction).
    • Custom-made or personalized cables.
    • In-ear headphones or other audio products that have direct contact with the user.
    • Software or digital licenses, once activated.
  • If you wish to return an item, before proceeding with the return, please contact us via e-mail at [email protected]. We will inform you of the steps to follow and the options available.



Warranty

  • Professional equipment is guaranteed for one year from the date of invoice. PickAudio offers in all its products at least the warranty required by the Spanish legislation, covering any failure or manufacturing defect of the product, except for damages caused by mistreatment, improper use or manipulated inside the product.
  • In order to make any claim or repair under warranty, it is essential to provide the corresponding purchase invoice.



Shipping

  • The material travels at the customer's risk, even if PickAudio has paid its freight. In case you want to insure the material, please contact us by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
  • Any claims for damage or breakage should be made to the shipping company, preferably upon receipt of the goods.
  • Never sign a delivery note without checking the external condition of the packages and the number of packages. If any package is missing or the packages are damaged or broken, you must ask the carrier before accepting the merchandise to record it, indicating the incident and signing the original and the copy of the delivery document. Immediately report the incident to PickAudio to resolve the problem urgently. Please note that if the incident is not reflected in the delivery document, the carrier will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the goods.

 

Litigation

  • Any incidence on these conditions, commercial or legal litigation and with express waiver of jurisdiction, the parties must address and submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Durango - Vizcaya - Spain.
