The Countryman B3 is a compact omnidirectional lavalier microphone for voice, suitable for visible interview placement or concealment in clothing, hair and set pieces.

Its interchangeable protective caps shape the high-frequency response and, when fitted, provide resistance to water, perspiration and make-up. The cable uses an aramid core to resist stretching and help keep handling noise low.
