The DIO88 connects eight line-level analogue XLR inputs and eight XLR outputs to a Dante network. Its inputs and outputs are electronically balanced and calibrated for +18 dBu = 0 dBFS. The secondary RJ45 can provide Dante redundancy or operate as a switch output for daisy-chaining additional Dante equipment. LEDs on the RJ45 connectors indicate link status, speed and network activity. The official manual specifies operation at 44.1 and 48 kHz. Power is supplied by an auto-switching 110-240 V AC input.
