The Deity SPD-T4BATT is a smart battery cup for 2054-format batteries with a TA4f connection. In addition to supplying power, it passes battery telemetry to compatible equipment so the recorder can receive battery level and related battery data.

Deity documents compatibility with the SPD-1 power distributor and the Sound Devices 833, 888 and Scorpio recorders. It is intended for integrating a 2054 smart battery into a sound bag while retaining the telemetry communication that distinguishes this battery system from a basic power-only adapter.
