The Deity V-Link connects passive 3.5 mm video microphones to an XLR-equipped camera or audio recorder. It uses the 24/48 V phantom power supplied by the XLR input and converts it to a 3–5 V Plug-In Power signal, reproducing the type of power provided by a conventional 3.5 mm TRS microphone input.

The low-profile, right-angle XLR connector helps keep the connection compact and cable routing tidy. Its built-in 15-inch coiled 3.5 mm cable keeps the adapter and cable together.
