The JK Audio QuickTap is a passive adapter that connects between a telephone base and its handset to provide a mix of both sides of the conversation. The output also includes keypad tones and can feed a recorder, sound card, powered speaker or other audio equipment.

Installation consists of unplugging the handset coil cord from the telephone base, connecting it to QuickTap, then linking QuickTap back to the base with the supplied lead. It works with analogue, digital, PBX and VoIP telephones that use a separate handset.

QuickTap does not work with mobile phones or telephones that have the keypad built into the handset.
