The SCHOEPS F 5 is a table-mounting flange for attaching accessories with a 3/8" internal thread. It is secured with a screw, and the manufacturer describes it as a common solution for the fixed mounting of 3/8"-threaded clamps or goosenecks, such as the SGC or S 250 L5U.

It can also be fitted below the edge of a table to support a suspension. In that arrangement, the gooseneck can be guided discreetly through a small hole in the table without using the elastic TEF flange. The official order number is 165005. SCHOEPS currently marks the F 5 as discontinued and names the T 5 as its alternative; this should be considered when planning a new installation or extension.
