The Sound Devices 833 is a portable mixer-recorder for mobile and compact productions, with six 8-Series microphone preamplifiers, eight channels, six buses and twelve tracks.

Its routing matrix can send any physical input to tracks, buses and outputs. It records simultaneously to the internal 256 GB SSD and two SD cards, supporting mono or polyphonic WAV, 16- and 24-bit recording, plus 32-bit float ISO recording at sample rates up to 192 kHz. The unit provides six analogue outputs and timecode specified to 0.1 ppm accuracy.

• SD-Remote control over USB or Bluetooth LE.
